Daycare Payment Policy – Uday Childcare Center

At Uday Childcare Center, we are committed to providing high-quality early childhood care in a safe and nurturing environment. To ensure that our programs run smoothly and sustainably, we have established a clear and transparent Daycare Payment Policy. This policy helps families understand payment schedules, non-refundable charges, and withdrawal procedures, while also supporting the consistency of services for our children and staff.

Non-Refundable Fees

  • The following charges are non-refundable under all circumstances:

    1. Registration Fee – A one-time $100 registration fee is required at the time of enrollment.

    2. Deposit Fee – A deposit equivalent to half of one month’s childcare fee is required to secure your child’s spot.

    3. Late Payment Fees – Applied if monthly payments are not submitted on or before the due date.

    4. Late Pickup Fees – Charged when children are collected after the center’s official closing hours.

    5. Withdrawal Without Notice – If a child is withdrawn from daycare without one full month’s written notice, the following month’s fees will still be charged.

    6. Trial Period – The first month of care is a trial month for both Uday Childcare and parents. Should care be discontinued during this time, the full month’s fee is still payable and non-refundable.

    7. Immediate Withdrawal – If a parent/guardian withdraws a child immediately, the current month’s fee remains non-refundable, regardless of attendance.

    8. Closures & Absences – Monthly fees will not be adjusted for:

      • Statutory holidays

      • Sick days or personal absences

      • Emergency closures (e.g., weather or safety concerns)

Scheduled breaks (Winter, Spring, or Summer closures)

Refundable Fees

  • A refund will be provided if a parent gives at least one month’s written notice of withdrawal.

  • Only fees paid beyond the one-month notice period are eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds are not provided for partial attendance or missed days.

Withdrawal and Notice Policy

To maintain fairness and allow planning for future enrollments:

  • A minimum of one month’s written notice must be provided before withdrawing a child.

  • If notice is not provided, the following month’s fee will still be charged, even if the child does not attend.

  • This rule also applies before the beginning of each billing cycle.

Policy Enforcement

  • Consistent late or missed payments may result in late fees, suspension, or termination of services.

  • Uday Childcare reserves the right to deny childcare services until all outstanding fees are cleared.

We are committed to fairness but must enforce these policies to ensure high-quality, reliable services for all families.

Policy Updates

Our Daycare Payment Policy is reviewed periodically to align with operational costs, regulations, and the needs of families. Parents/guardians will always receive advance notice of any fee adjustments or policy changes.
