UDAY Childcare Center – Fee Policy
Fees at UDAY Childcare Center are payable in advance and are due on the first of each month. For the convenience of both the center and parents/guardians, we request post-dated cheques for up to six months.
Non-Refundable Fees
- $100.00 registration fee (nonrefundable)
- A half-month deposit fee, required at the time of registration
- Late payment fees
- Late pickup fees
- Monthly fees if a withdrawal notice is not provided in a timely manner (a minimum of one month’s notice prior to the withdrawal date is required)
- The first month of care will be considered a trial period for both UDAY Childcare Center and the parent/guardian. Either party may withdraw the child within the first month without providing one month’s notice. However, the monthly fee will remain non-refundable, regardless of when the child is withdrawn within that month.
- Monthly fees if a child is immediately withdrawn from the center, regardless of the reason for withdrawal
- Sick days, holidays, and daycare closures (including but not limited to statutory holidays and emergency closures)
- Winter break, Spring break, and summer break
Refundable Fees
- Monthly fees, provided that a withdrawal notice has been given in a timely manner (a minimum of one month’s notice is required)
